• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
• Once the return is approved and received, we will process the refund or replacement.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where applicable.
• COD orders may be refunded through a suitable payment method after verification.
